Exclusive خبر خاص: أدانت السياسة الإسرائيلية الهادفة إلى شل وتحطيم المؤسسات الفلسطينية أصدقاء الإنسان الدولية تدعوا السلطات الإسرائيلية إلى إلغاء قرار إغلاق جمعية أنصار السجين
قالت منظمة أصدقاء الإنسان الدولية ان قرار السلطات الإسرائيلية القاضي بحظر نشاط جمعية أنصار السجين العاملة في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة وإغلاق جميع فروعها يستند لمواقف سياسية وبدون سند قانوني يعتد به. وقد دعت المنظمة السلطات الإسرائيلية إلى إلغاء قرارها القاضي بحظر المنظمة الحقوقية المسجلة رسمياً في كل من وزارتي الداخلية الإسرائيلية والفلسطينية. واعتبرت المنظمة الحقوقية الدولية التي تتخذ من فيينا مقراً لها، اقتحام مقرات جمعية أنصار السجين من قبل قوات الإحتلال الإسرائيلي في الثامن من الشهر الجاري في مختلف المناطق الفلسطينية المحتلة، وتخريب محتوياتها ومصادرة أجهزة الحاسوب والوثائق العائدة للجمعية، بعد أن قامت بتفجير الأبواب وإطلاق الأعيرة النارية على جدران المقرات، عدواناً على حق ممارسة العمل الأهلي وحق تشكيل المنظمات والجمعيات والإنضمام إليها.
وفي وثيقة أصدرتها اليوم (20/9) أدانت أصدقاء الإنسان السياسة الإسرائيلية الهادفة إلى شل وتحطيم المؤسسات الفلسطينية. واستعرضت المنظمة جملة من الإعتداءات الإسرائيلية على المؤسسات الفلسطينية المختلفة، وقالت إن إسرائيل تريد شل وتحطيم بل وإغلاق المؤسسات الفلسطينية الفاعلة بغض النظر عن نوعية برامجها، فتارة تهاجم وتدمر المنظمات الإنسانية والخيرية التي تهتم بإغاثة الفلسطينيين وتحسين ظروفهم الحياتية وتصدر الأوامر بإغلاقها، وتارة تقوم بمهاجمة المنظمات الحقوقية والسياسية وأخرى التعليمية والصحية، وعبرت عن أسفها لأن رياض الأطفال والمدارس والجامعات الفلسطينية لم تسلم هي الأخرى من الهجمات الإسرائيلية الشرسة. وقالت المنظمة أن الحملات العسكرية والأمنية التي تقوم بها قوات الإحتلال الإسرائيلية على المؤسسات الفلسطينية ليست عارضة، أو أنها تتم في مكان وزمان إشتباكات عسكرية، مما يمكن الإعتقاد معه أنها غير مقصودة، بل يتم الكثير منها بعد صدور قرارات حكومية أو عسكرية رسمية ضدها، حيث تهاجم مقرات المؤسسات المدنية الفلسطينية ومواقع مشاريعها من قبل فرق أمنية وعسكرية محددة، وتقوم بتلك الحملات بشكل خاص لاداء تلك المداهمات، وبالتالي تفجير أبواب مقرات ومشاريع منظمات المجتمع المدني الفلسطينية، وتحطيم أثاثها والأجهزة الكهربائية والإلكترونية المستخدمة أو مصادرتها، وإعتقال المدراء والعاملي فيها وتوجيه تهم ملفقة لهم وتقديمهم للمحاكمات الصورية الظالمة أو الزج بهم في الإعتقال الإداري اللامحدود، بل يحدث في حالات أن يقوم الجنود الإسرائيليون بإتلاف أدوات العمل ومنتجات المشاريع التي تديرها تلك المؤسسات.
وحذرت أصدقاء الإنسان الدولية المجتمع الدولي من عواقب مواصلة إسرائيل لهذا النهج التدميري الذي يؤدي إلى تفاقم معاناة الشعب الفلسطيني في ظل الحصار المفروض عليه. كما ودعت المؤسسات الإغاثية والحقوقية الدولية والعربية لدعم الجمعيات والمنظمات الأهلية الفلسطينية التي تقدم خدمات حقيقية وملموسة للفلسطينيين.

Denunciation of the Israeli policy aiming to impair and disintegrate the Palestinian institutions.
Friends of Humanity calls the Israeli Authorities to revoke its resolution to close the Prisoners Support Association.
Friends of Humanity International stated that the resolution adopted by the Israeli Authorities to ban the activity of the Prisoners Support Association in the occupied Palestinian territories and close all its branch offices is based on political bias and is legally ungrounded. The Organization demanded that the Israeli authorities revoke their resolution to ban the human rights organization which is officially registered in both the Israeli and Palestinian Ministries of Interior.
The international human rights organization, having its headquarters in Vienna, considered the operations carried out by the Israeli occupation forces on 8 September, whereby forces broke into the premises of the Prisoners Support and blew up the doors and fired bullets at the walls, destroyed all possessions and confiscated the computers and documents owned by the association, as a transgression against the right to practice public work and to establish and join organizations and associations.
In a document issued today 20/9/2006, Friends of Humanity denounced the Israeli policy aiming to impair and disintegrate the Palestinian institutions. The Organization demonstrated a series of aggressions perpetrated by the Israeli authorities against the various Palestinian institutions and stated that Israel seeks to disintegrate and impair or rather close the active Palestinian institutions regardless of the kind of programmes implemented by these institutions. In this context, Israel proceeds to attack and demolish the humanitarian and charity organizations, which provide relief to the Palestinians to improve their living circumstances, and give orders to blow them up or, on other occasions, attack political and human rights organizations or other educational and health organizations. The Organization regrets that even kindergartens, schools and universities in Palestine did not escape the Israeli ferocious aggressions.
The Organization stated that the security and military raids carried out by the Israeli forces on the Palestinian institutions are not contingent, nor are they bound to a specific time and place where the occurrence of armed fights prompt such attacks as incidental actions. On the contrary, most of these raids deliberately follow an official governmental or military decision permitting special security and military groups to raid the institutions of the Palestinian civil community and their projects sites. They blow up the doors and premises, damage or confiscate the electric or electronic appliances, arrest and bring the managers and workers before sham trials under feigned charges, or just put them under open administrative detainment. The Israeli soldiers may further damage the tools used in the projects or their products.
Friends of Humanity International warns the international community against the consequences of this Israeli devastating policy which leads to the aggravation of the agony and distress of the Palestinians under the imposed siege. The Organization calls upon the Arab and international relief and human rights institutions to support the Palestinian civil associations and organizations that provide essential and tangible relief services to the needy Palestinians.
